For the summer of 2026, we are offering an apprenticeship as a childcare specialist. We attach great importance to supportive and practical training. Through close supervision and regular exchanges with the vocational trainer, we create a trusting environment that promotes your personal growth and professional development. What we want from you: You are open-minded, cheerful and creative, you like to get stuck in and work independently and with motivation.
Your tasks:
- Active supervision of the children under the guidance of the group leader
- Participation in the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities and creative design of projects and rooms
- Support with the children's personal hygiene and compliance with hygiene standards in the daycare center
- Exchange with parents and communication within the team about observations, including participation in meetings
- Help with household chores and support with daily routines
- Documentation of children's development and activities and preparation of information for parent-teacher conferences
- Commitment to school and company training tasks and continuous development of own professional and personal skills
