Your tasks:

• Co-design and development of our child care centers
• Responsible management and organization of a child care group
• Individual support for children with love and passion
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of educational concepts and activities
• Promoting the creative development of children
• Management and coordination of the team in the group
• Main contact person for the parents of the group (responsible for communicating important information and events)
• Ensuring cleanliness, safety and hygiene in the group

Your profile:

• Completed training as a childcare specialist EFZ
  (specializing in childcare)
• Leadership skills to motivate, support and coordinate the team
• Organizational skills to plan the daily routine in the group
• Communication skills for a clear and transparent exchange with the team and parents
• Open, enthusiastic, empathetic and solution-oriented personality
• Empathy, patience and enjoyment of educational work
• Impeccable reputation and team player mentality
• Willingness to take on responsibility and personal development
