Your tasks:

• Care and individual support for children in our child care
• Active participation in the design and implementation of educational concepts and activities
• Cooperation with the team and parents for the best possible development of the children
• Cooperation and support of the team for a smooth process in our child care center
• Ensuring cleanliness, safety and hygiene in the care environment
• Documentation and reflection of educational work

Your profile:

• Completed training as a childcare specialist EFZ (specializing in childcare)
• Enthusiasm for working with children and supporting them individually
• Empathetic, patient and solution-oriented personality
• Impeccable reputation and team player mentality
• Helpful and committed to the team
• Communication skills in dealing with children, parents and in team-oriented cooperation
• Willingness for continuous training and personal development
